Marshal:

• Fighter Practice begins at the M&N Building on UNL's campus tomorrow (Jan 12) from 7 to 9 p.m.. Big thanks to Agnes and Hillary for their major assistance in making this happen. The cost for the building use is $20 per session.
• Domesday/Quarterly report will be submitted this evening.

Chronicler:

• Deadline for Runestaff submissions is Friday (Jan 14)
• There has been a request that Mikhail submit recipes from 12th Night Feast to the Runestaff for publishing

Pursuivant:

• Report is in.
• 12th Night Highlights - Cool knighting ceremony for Michael, Bran the Dark announced for Laurel, HE Faolan announced for Chivalry.

Treasurer:

• Report is done.
• Domesday results: net income for 2004 was $170.
• WWM Troll will be handled by Vasilla.

Seneschal:

• Auction at Yule Court netted $540 for Hengest and Una. They are very grateful and will be sending a formal thank you soon. Hengest will be having more surgery this week.
• Bran will be elevated to Laurel at Clothier's Seminar

MoAS:

• This is the last week to sign up for Queen's Prize Tourney.

Miscellaneous:

• Brannock does NOT have cancer and will go home on Wednesday (editor's note: YAY!!!!!!!)

Winter War Maneuvers:

• Hillary has received the tentative schedule from General Aleksander
• Set up is from 7 to 10 a.m. on Saturday
• Site opens at 10
• Classes run from 11 to 1
• Fighting begins in ernest at 1
• Court at TRMs discretion
• The schedule is still very fluid
• 2 sheets of plywood are needed to set the trhones on (JM will handle this)
• Camp rugs and camp furniture are needed for royal privy chambers
• Vasilla will link the WWM webpage to the baronial webpage
• Post revel will be at Carlos and Isabeau's house. They will have their house open during the day for people who need a break from the Event Center.
• Owain will have the full first aid kit and ice available
• JM, Carlos & Isabeau, and Zvonimira are all scheduled to bring waterbearing equipment
• Natalya will be collecting the McDonald's water coolers and bringing them to site.
• Need pavilions for privy chambers - Vasilla will bring her Turkish and Isadora will bring her French Bell...that should be sufficient. Vasilla will also bring the Dry Erase Board to put the schedule on.
• Classes: there is one scheduled so far. Additional classes are welcome.
• Signs - Vasilla has them maybe...JM will put up some on his side of town (editor's note: this has been resolved)
• Could baronial members sponsor Keep members for the event? (editor's note: 3 people have already offered sponsor Keep members by paying their way into the event. More sponsors are welcome to pay for Keep members at Troll on Saturday.)
• Morag will coordinate the voice heraldry for the day.
• Food will be available through the concession stands on site during the day.

Scribes:

• Meetings will be Jan 13, Jan 27, Feb 10, and Feb 24. Location is St. Andrews Church

Crown Tourney Bid:

• The Board for the proposed site still has not met. Sashatec has requested an informal canvas of the members to give us a rough estimate of cost for Pinewood Bowl.
• Other bids are welcome too!
• Date for Crown is May 5, 2005.
• Vasilla will send an outline of how to do a bid to Angelo

Kingdom A&S 2006:

• Sashatec is putting in a bid for this event for Mag Mor using Wesleyan as the proposed site.
