Officers:

Chronicler: Runestaffs are here. Next deadline is Dec. 24th (sooner is better!)

Pursuivant: Morag is the voice herald wrangler for Lilies. Please volunteer if you can. Also, she is the camp-cry herald wrangler for one day of the Lilies war and will be looking for local heralds to cry camp (2 cries for the day is all).

MoAS: QPT entries must be registered by Dec 31. Entry forms are the responsibility of the entrants, not the sponsors. Natalya is stepping down at the end of December.

Treasurer: No donation envelopes have been received yet for Moot/Fighter Practice site. Please send your donation in asap. There will be a basket at Yule Court to collect donations for the Moot/F.P. site.

Baronage:

• Estrella is coming up. Make sure to send in your pre-registration for the land grab!
• Baronial feastgear is moving soon to Gwyneth & Theron's house.
• Start thinking of things to be put on the All Thing agenda. The All Thing will occur between Estrella and Gulf Wars. Details to be announced at a later date.
• Get award recs in soon for Yule Court.
• We will be sending out postcards to everyone about Yule Court.
• There will be no Moot on December 28 or January 25.

Guilds:

Music: on hiatus through the rest of December. Will be performing at 12th Night (rehearsal on Jan 8). Will be performing at Yule Court (rehearsal on Jan 22). Will meet every other week following these gigs (Feb 5th and 19th).

Scribes: no meeting in December due to Philosophy Night being moved to next week.
