Moot Minutes - Coronation Recap

Seneschal:

• Thank you to all who provided crash space
• Event was overall Fantastic!
• Thoroughly impressed with everyone who worked
• HUGE SUCCESS!
• Theron and Arne - Kudos for helping out Event Steward and Feast Steward!

Treasurer:

• Gate had problems: Lots of traffic, misunderstanding with reservations.
• Mikhail tasked Kat with writing a general policy on how to deal with Gate at an event (prep, execution, wrap up)
• $2933 in cash, receipts not all in yet.
• 376 people signed in at the Gate.

Pursuivant:

• Thank you to Dorcas and Ulf
• Thank you to Beatrix, Brooke, Evan, Rosa, Leofwyna, Raina, Waterbearers and miscellaneous cryers.
• Congrats to Mag Mor award recipients.

Fighting Steward:

• Tourney went well.
• Tourney area was cramped for time, but had a blast.
• Suggestion: cord off non-modern area

Baronage: Thank you everyone for participating in this event!

Event Steward:

• Shared Thank You note from Eringlin (Royal Chamberlain)
• Gave notes for site (Scottish Rite Temple) to Seneschal for future reference and suggestions
• Woman's Center report of broken showers was appreciated by the Center
• Lost and Found was brought for distribution - deliveries to Forgotten Sea and Iowa are appreciated

Inn:

• Sold out!
• Spent $176.33
• Made $257.07

Feast Steward:

• Submitted receipts
• Budget was $800, only spent $575 of that
• Thanks bunches to everyone who helped
• Particular thanks to Sashatec, Leofwyna, Katalina, Morag and Sigtrygg
• 20+ emails received asking for recipes for the dishes served at feast!

Competitions:

• Largesse winner: Tamison
• A&S winner: all three entrants
• Fighting: Luther
