Moot Minutes
15 March 2005
Seneschal
- Sashatec has been in touch with the Lancaster Event Center and has us penciled in for Winter War Maneuvers 2006. This is not set in stone, but allows Scarlett Keep to have options. Feedback from WWM 2005 participants is positive for the Event Center and the owners appreciate our business. Kingdom is now encouraging groups to have kingdom level events scheduled a year in advance.
- Sashatec has been talking with Gunter and Farik in the Pytt regarding Conquistador's Folly and the general jist is that they believe the Pytt would be willing to have a joint event so we could use their date for Cattle Raids.
MoAS
- A&S work/class night schedules are now on the baronial website calendar
- The Viking Woven Chain night has been moved to May 10 and we will have Spinning instead on the original Viking Woven Chain night. (editor's note: please review the calendar for exact dates)

Baronage
- Checking status on directory: Per Theron, release date will be in a couple weeks
- There will be a Financial Committee meeting immediately following Moot this evening to go over the Herd Master proposal.
- Mikhail will be calling a meeting of the baronial officers and Peers to discuss the Pytt seneschallate.
- Lilies: do we want to volunteer to do a set of shifts at Troll? Yes. Prefer Sunday noon to midnight. Vasilla will contact the Troll coordinator.
- Lilies: we will be participating in another Pas. Fighters and archers, get your gear spit shined. Cheering squads get your best heraldry polished for the processionals.
- Lilies: we will be hosting a party for the Knowne Worlde. Sashatec volunteered to coordinate the party. Leofwyna volunteered to organize the party food. Callaghan is tentatively head of tasty beverages (Vasilla will double check that this is okay with him). We will have a drum circle (drums with sticks) and whatever else we dream up. What night? Moot concensus is Wednesday night.
- Lilies: reminder to weavers who are weaving bands for the Mag Mor tent walls: please get them to me when you can. Need them about an inch wide and about 20-24 inches long. Table or Inkle woven is fine.
- Lilies: Largesse? Concensus is that we would like to do a largesse project, but want a focused project. Vasilla will contact Katalina to organize this.
