- Check out the Kingdom Arts and Sciences website for the new criteria. There's
lots of good information on the site and the criteria has changed dramatically.
- Sashatec received the Chatelaine materials from Raina for JAV and nothing
is up to date and useable. Katalina will have the new brochures ready for
JAV.

- The Financial Committee met last week. Elected 3 new members and retained
Theron so Committee has a larger pool of members to meet the quorum. New members

back to him to negotiate about this fee. There will be no practice at Bethany
Park until this is settled. In the meantime, practice will continue at the
park at Easterday Rec Center (no access to the building, however). Practices
will change to Wednesday evenings 6:30 as of May 19th.
Demo Coordinator:

and Jane has created a bull head stamp to stamp each neck cooler. We will
have one more Moot night to work on these after tonight. (This will be on
May 25th).
- Katalina and Vasilla have been working on an idea for largesse. HE Vasilla
is issuing a challenge to all individuals of the barony and canton to provide
as many of whatever you would like to make for largesse. This items will be
displayed at Coronation (or Cattle Raids, depending on whether we get the
Coronation bid or not). Vasilla will be providing a prize for the the winner.
Terms of the competition will be stated at the next Moot (May 25th).
Baronage:
- Make sure to get your Lilies Tent donations in to Kat. A suggested family
donation is $20.

- If anyone has Sports Challenge tapes, now is the time to bring them to Vasilla.
We will be using the best quality one for conversion to DVD.
