NO MOOT ON AUGUST 31ST!!!! We want to enjoy the holiday (Labor Day weekend). Next Moot will be Sept. 7. Moot site will begin extended hours for winter beginning Oct. 5. If you have a guild or group activity that you would like to use the Moot room for following Moot during the winter, just let Calien know.

Treasurer: Financial Committee approved a $500 feast budget for Cattle Raids last week.

Marshal: Oct 5 fighter practice will be moving indoors. During the winter months, Callaghan would like to have the loaner armor revamped by folks who can do the leather, metal, or fabric work (each to his/her own expertise). He would also like to know if any of the sewing folks would be willing to sew some larger fighter garb for loan to cover the less than authentic armor at demos, etc. so newer fighters can feel comfortable doing demos.

Chronicler: The August Runestaff is available. Aug 27 is the deadline for articles and artwork for the September Runestaff.

Pursuivant: Thank you to Aelfstan, Natalya and Alatheia for volunteering to do voice heraldry at Cattle Raids. Also, there were a couple submissions this past quarter.

MoAS: Sashatec & Natalya went to the Bull Pytt BBQ party and had a wonderful time. They taught a couple classes. Still need entrants and judges for Cattle Raids. Extra credit is being given to entries that fit the theme.
