Seneschal

• Winter War Maneuvers broke even and was a great event! Management of the site loved us and they were spoken to about the possibility of using the site for summer events. Could be a possible Crown Tourney site.
• Herd Master event bids are due Feb 15. Herd Master is scheduled for April.

Pursuivant

• Congrats to the individuals who received awards at WWM (Margaret of Mag Mor, Archana, and Adelheiss).
• There will be a Heraldic, Scribal and Dance Symposium at the College of Bellewode .

Marshall

• Thanks for this weekend! The event went great!

Chronicler

• Page of dates in lieu of a Runestaff was distributed for this month. Next Runestaff deadline is 6 p.m. Jan. 27.

MoAS

• Quarterly & Domesday is in!
• If you've entered QPT…get working!
• Next week is an unscheduled A&S night. We'll have a pre-QPT show and tell and roundtable.

Demo Coordinator

• Blue and Gold Banquet on Feb 19 at St. Andrews ( 6 p.m. potluck, 7 p.m. demo)
• James Arthur Vineyards is scheduled for May 21.
• Syracuse Germanfest in Sept is a possible demo.
• August – Nebraska City Library demo as possibility.
• Have had a request by the Herbal Society for a demo in June or December.

Baronage

• Thank you to everyone who participated with WWM. The event was a great success.
• Special thank you from Vasilla to Rosa, Sabi, Calien, James, and Theron the Bookseller for taking care of Nels throughout the day.
• Congratulations to Margaret, Archana and Adelheiss on their awards. They were well deserved and definitely earned!
• Need to get Crown Tourney (May 5) bids into TE's by Feb 10.
• Vasilla has room for 1 more rider for QPT, please contact her if you'd like a ride. ( editor's note: this space has been filled ).

Guilds

• Music – Practices on Jan 20, Feb 3 and Feb 17
• Scribes – meeting on Jan 27, Feb 10 and Feb 24 at St. Andrews at 8 p.m.

Miscellaneous

• Gwyneth needs volunteers to assist with food for Bran's vigil.
• Clothier's is coming up (Feb 5) – Bran will be laurelled there.
• We only have 3 SCA signs – need to make more. Note: 10 to be delivered.
• Tomorrow night is Mews labeling at Isadora's house.
• IowaCon – Isadora is attending. Feb 12. This is a regional version of CalonCon
