Officers reports

Seneschal:

Officer’s reports are due October 15. Remember to give me a copy as well so that I can get my report in.

Marshal:

Fighter practice continues outside but the time is moving to 6pm until dark on Wednesdays and remains 3 to 6pm on Sundays. A shuttle service is being provided for the college students from the Union to Pioneers Park. Speak with JM for details.

The move indoors to the M&N building is still being worked on. The insurance paper work is in place we are just trying to nail down the time with UN-L.

The new Marshal is Osrik. The official change over will happen at Baronial A&S, 10/28/06.

Archery Marshal

Practices continue with lots of attendance. There is now a $2 charge to be paid by each archer. These goes to Prairie Bowman for the use of their space. To wave this fee buy a membership into Prairie Bowman.

Treasurer

A&S

Activities for the next A&S night, 9/26 will be warping looms for tableweaving of seal tags for the Kingdom. If you have extra looms to lend please bring them with you. Yarn will be provided.

On 9/12 and 9/14 JM did a pouch making class. Eight pouches were made on Tuesday and 16 pouches were made on Thursday.

Chronicler

Runestaff deadline is Sept 28 at 6pm
Interviews for the new Chronicler were held this evening. New Chronicler to be announce by next moot.

Herald

Scribes will be meeting 9/29, 10/6, 10/20 and possibly 10/27 7:30-10pm at Isabeau and Carlo's house
Music will be practicing 9/21 and 10/5 at 7:30 in the Union on UN-L city campus. This is just prior to Scarlett Keeps meetings. Look at bulletin board to verify room
Middle Eastern Drumming will be meeting 9/25 starting at 7:30 at Marianna & Scipio’s house.
Bead Making Contact Lady Sabi to set up time. Possible on Thursday evenings or some time on a Sunday
Keep Has reserved a room for the music group to come and practice at the Union prior to their meetings. They are also looking for people to come to their meetings and teach them things.

Baronage report

Baronial A&S championship will be on October 28th. Lady Aibhilin will be the Event Steward. Look for more info later.
Archers did a fine job at the King’s Company of Archers on 9/16. There was 140 arrows shot by all entrants. There were 99 archers.
Interviews for chronicler are done.
A new A&S Minister replacement for Lady Brianna. Life has happened and she is asking for a replacement. Deadline for letters of intent are due to either Sabi or Their Excellencies by 10/3/06.
Conquistador’s Folly will be having about 12 people from Fox Hollow from the Outlands in attendance.
