Officers reports

Seneschal:

• Starting in January Moot and A&S moves to Wednesdays.
• Moot will be moving to the 2nd and 4th Wednesday. For January A&S will be the 1st and 5th and for February it will be the 1st Wednesday.
• Due to conflicts at Bennett Martin Library meetings for all of March and half of April will be at Walt Library.
• Officer’s 4th quarter reports and domesday reports due January 15th.

Marshal:

• There will be NO fighter practice on 12/26/06.
• We are still waiting for the paper work to start fighting on UN-L campus.

Archery Marshal:

• There will be practices on 12/27 at Prairie Bowman (downtown) starting at 8:30pm.
• Our first meeting in January should be the 2nd.

A&S:

• No A&S on 12/26.

Treasurer:

• Report is almost done and we have money.

Chronicler:

• Deadline for the next issue is December 28.

Herald:

• The badges have been submitted. The submission reached Kingdom to be included in the current External Letter of Intent to the Office of Laurel.

Scarlett Keep:

• First meeting in January will be the 11th. January meetings will be devoted to working on WWM.
• It has been asked if there will be a post revel for WWM. Keep can not host post revel. Rosa will contact the Women’s club to see if they are available. If they are Rosa has volunteered to be “house monitor” for the revel.

Interest groups:

• Scribes will be meeting 12/29 at 7:30-10pm at Isabeau and Carlo's house 6313 Morrill Ave.
• Music will be practicing 1/11 at 7:30 at Volkmar and Isadora’s house.
• Middle Eastern Drumming will not be meeting 1/1/07.

Baronage report:

• Let’s all make it to 12th Night to support our cousins. Also several members of our populace will be getting awards so come find out who.

miscellaneous:

• Sashatec spoke about the Pillaged Village Event proposed for April 21-23, 2007. After much discussion it was decided that Sashatec would speak to the head of RUSH about holding RUSH in conjunction with this event but not provide the usual 1 hour classes..
• Sashatec reminded everyone about Natalya’s Show and Tell at 12th Night. Bring something you made or something someone made for you and show it off to your friends.
