- Next week: A&S Swap Meet. Bring any of your not-started or incomplete projects that you have no interest in finishing to swap for other projects that look more interesting.
- March 22 - Tablet weaving, taught by Agnes
- March 29 - Needlelace, taught by Sashatec
- April 12 - leather shoe/boot making, taught by Jane and Angelo
- April 26 - Viking woven chain, taught by Jane
Treasuer
- Tent Rental Agreement for Lilies is in hand and the check will be sent asap. Now accepting donations toward the cost of this.
Fighter Marshal
- Fighter Practice was sparce last week.
- Asking Keep for a schedule of when they'll have a member at fighter practice. Agnes will get clarification on rules of the University regarding use of the Pitt when Keep member isn't present. (Editor's note: this has been resolved. Fighter practice can occur whether there's a Keep member present or not).

- Runestaffs for March are available
- Articles for the April issue are due March 31.
Pursuivant
- April 3 is the Calontir heraldic/Scribal/Dance Symposium in Bellewode. Morag is looking for a ride. There will be a Changling Ball that evening (everyone shows up as someone or something other than themselves).
Demo Coordinator
- Blue & Gold Banquet: March 17 at St. Joseph's Church (80th & South). Program begins at 7:30 and lasts for about 30 minutes. Welcome to join in potluck prior to the demo.
- Walt Library: July 12, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. with fighting on the lawn and hands-on demos of A&S things.
- Bennet Martin Library: July 16, 2:30 - 4:00 p.m.
- Gere Library (56th & Normal): July 21, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
- April 22: East High Ren Faire. If interested in pre-trips, see Natalya.
- James Arthur Vineyard Ren Faire: May 21, Javy (merchant) is banned from site. We will be doing a good portion of the marketing of this Faire. We will ask for compensation of some form in exchange for this service.
- Nebraska Ren Faire: May 14 & 15 in Millard.
Baronage
- Need a Herd Master bid asap! April 10 is the preferrable date for holding this.
- Please consider helping at the Nebraska Ren Faire, even if you can only commit for one of the two days.
- Checking in with Theron on projected date for publishing of new directories. He can give us an answer in a week or two.
- Need a date for Cattle Raids plus a bid. Vasilla will check the date of Armorgeddon (editor's note: Amorgeddon is Sept. 17 weekend, also Alyce has the Archer Championship tourney worked out already).
- Their Highnesses have agreed to hold our step down from the baronial thrones at Lilies this year. They will be making the annoucement at Coronation this weekend for letters of intent and the probably the interviewing schedule.

Miscellaneous
- On Tuesday of Lilies War, Jose' will have his shop open and be hosting a medieval tailor's shop complete with apprentice, journeyman, etc. with the intent of completing 2 full sets of clothing by hand from scratch. Jane will be participating in this medieval "sweatshop". Come by and see her learn to manipulate a thimble!
- Coronation: Vasilla and Calien will be leaving Friday after work for Standing Stones, staying the night, attending Coronation on Saturday and leaving for Mag Mor after court but before feast. There are 4 more spaces in the van for anyone who needs a ride and would like to join us. We will be staying in a hotel on Friday night. (editor's note: if you are going with us, let Vasilla know immediately so she can tell you which hotel she's booked so we all end up at the same place).
