Officers:
Seneschal: New potential member visiting this evening: Dave Schneider joined us this evening. He is a SCAdian from 30 years ago and has autocrated Pennsic while living in Pittsburgh. He's looking to get back into the SCA after a hiatus in Alaska.
Treasurer: Theron has directories for sale. 50 cents each; can pay for them at St. Mark's next Sunday at A&S Gathering. Can do monthly/quarterly checks to Theron in the mail for site donations. DO NOT give Theron money on the Moot site. Public parks require a cut of the take. $200 tithe did not make it to Their Majesties due to court being cancelled at Horse and Falcon. Theron needs any outstanding JAV receipts tonight.
Chronicler: Runestaffs available. Next deadline for Runestaff is June 25.
Marshal: armoring will be held Wednesdays at Thedrich and Raina's house.
Pursuivant: Heraldry quiz in current Runestaff. Answers must be back to Morag no later than June 25. Mikhail and Morag are ineligible for the contest since they are writing the quiz. Morag is going to Knowne Worlde Heraldic Symposium; if you have heraldic questions to send with her, let her know before Friday. Check the Kingdom O.P. (Order of Precedence) to make sure your information is up to date; if not, let Morag know.
MoAS: Kingdom A&S and Tri-Levels entry form is in current Runestaff.
Campi: Evan (Sigismund) has moved to Spinning Winds. We believe this is just for the summer but will confirm.
Demo Coordinator:
JAV: Katalina will be working with Jim Ballard much more closely next year to
avoid problems encountered this year. Archers brought in $200+ in donations
at the range. Next year will have a set price for shooting ($1 for 3 arrows
or something like that). $30 or so was brought in by the calligraphers and $130
was received in merchant fees.
Bright Lights: demo requested. They can only offer free t-shirts, no money. Probably be on Thursday of that week. Katalina will get more information and announce it later.

Music: Cancelled until July.
Scribes: no June meeting. Kingdom Scrolls are done and ready to be sent. Need to get more from Kingdom scribe. July meeting will be announced later.
Miscellaneous
Memberships can now be done online but online registration gets you a white card, not a blue card. Can fax physical signature for a blue card.
Cattle Raids theme is Vikings landing in Russia and being invited to lead the Rus. Leofwyna would like help with any ideas for activities and decorations.
Pin Keeps are due next week so they can go to Lilies for largesse.
Lilies Troll shift is Friday, the 20th from noon to midnight. Camp Cries for our region is on Thursday the 19th. Benches are started. Bring sunscreen and bug spray and drinking water. Stay out of the woods - major ticks! Do a daily or twice daily tick check while there. Get a tick remover tweezers instead of regular tweezers. No swimming due to Ecoli in the lake. Contribute to the tent rental - send your check to Theron asap! Bring your own first aid kit - Owain won't be there this year to be your personal medicine chest. Leofwyna will have some first aid supplies available at the Mag Mor camp.
