Officers reports

Seneschal:

• Mag Mor will be hosting an War point Archery shoot at Lilies this year. Our time slot is Sunday afternoon. We are also hosting a trown weapons competition on Monday afternoon. I am looking for volunteers to help.
• The Kingdom Reeves wants to know if Conquistador Folly’s is going to happen this year. We need to decide as we would be the ones hosting it.

Marshal:

• April 24 is the last indoor fighter practice.Editor's note: practice will be outside starting with Tuesday 4/24
• Starting May 1 Tuesday night fighter practice will be at Wood’s Park. Located by the tennis domes. Time will be 6pm until dark.
• Starting April 15 there will be Sunday fighter practice also at Wood’s Park. Time will be 3pm.
• We have been having about 6 new fighters showing up at practice.

Archery Marshal:

• Practices continues at Prairie Bowman (downtown) starting at 8:30pm.
• Will be moving to the Prairie Bowman outdoor range soon.

A&S:

• A&S has returned to Bennett Martin Library in the large room on 4th floor.
• April 18- Roman Sandals Part 2 taught by Sir Jean Michel
• May 2-Roman accessories and hair taught by Mistress Vasilla and Lady Marianna
• May 16-TBA

Treasurer:

• We have about $4600.
• There will be a short finance committee meeting after moot.

Chronicler:

• DeadlineApril 28.
• Apologize for the large PDF files that were mailed out. The program has been updated so the files can be much smaller
• Have received needed passwords to the websites.
• April Runestaff will be mails soon.

Herald:

• not present. Camp criers for Lilies still needed.

Interest groups:

• Scribes will be meeting 4/13 at 7:30-10pm at Isabeau and Carlo's house 6313 Morrill Ave.
• Music will be practicing 4/12 at the Union on UNL campus. Then they will take a week off. Starting 4/26 will meet weekly at Volkmar and Isadora’s to get ready for JAV
• Middle Eastern Drumming will be meeting 4/16 and 4/30 at Marianna’s house. They will be meeting soon in conjunction with fighter practice. Stay tuned.

Baronage report:

• Lilies this year:
  • Lady Aibhilin has agreed to be our Land-o-crat. Get her the size of your tent(s) and whether or not you want to be included in the food group.
  • We will be working a troll shift. No date set yet. We will need 2 people for each 2 hour shift we have. Remember no husbands and wives can work the same shift. The time slot will be 12 hours long so we need at least a dozen people
• Gladiator Tourney/Party at Lilies:
  • donations of items are needed for the basket that will go to the owner of the winning fighter.
  • Lord Daelin is again making the wooden sword that will be given away.
  • volunteers will be needed to help HE Callaghan with making the weapons to be used in the tourney.
  • Sir Jean Michel is in charge of drink wrangling. You can donate drink you have made, drinks you buy or money for items to be bought. Speak with JM.
  • Marshals in charge of been arranged for.
  • HL Osrik will be the MC/Barker for the tourney.
  • Lord Dwolm is the fighter liaison for the fun fights.
  • Mistress Vasilla is in charge of drumming at the tourney
  • Mistress Gwyneth is in charge food wrangling. She will have period Roman food recipes available soon.
  • There will be a Chriurgan’s point. Help is needed to man.

miscellaneous:

• Pillage Village:
  • The event is coming up fast.
  • Transporting of items and set up for the event will be happening Thursday 4/19. Check with Gerald.
  • tiki torches are still needed.
  • Master Gerald thanks both Antone and Arne for all of there help
• Herd Master:
  • Gyda is the autocrat.
  • Herd Master will be April 22nd after clean up of Pillage Village.
  • will be held on the site of Pillage Village, Master Gerald’s farm.
