Officers reports
Seneschal:
- Lilies troll shift will be Wednesday June 13, noon to midnight. We need a minimum of 2 people per 2 hour shift. No members of the same household may sit troll together.
- We are sponsoring an archery shoot. It is scheduled for Sunday June 10 at 1pm. I will be looking for assistance setting the shoot up and with scoring the shoot. You do not need to be an archer to help with this.
- We are sponsoring a thrown weapons competition on Monday June 11 at 4pm. I will be looking for assistance with this as well.
- There is a seneschal shoot scheduled for Tuesday June 12 at 1:00. I am looking for archers who would be interested in being on my team.
- The NE Renaissance Faire is Memorial day weekend. It is located in SW Omaha/Millard. Lonely Tower is looking for assistance. They have offered part of their donation they receive to Mag Mor for our assistance.
- Memorial Weekend is also the weekend of the event that the folks from Hawk’s Hallow have invited us too. The event is in Denver Colorado. TE would like to get a contingency together to go. Please let them know if you can go.
A&S:
- May 2-Roman accessories and hair taught by Mistress Vasilla and Lady Marianna
- May 23-A&S Farble-So how do I get ready for Lilies any way.

- May 28-Lilies Sewing day -come when you can be between 10am and 6pm
Chronicler:
- Deadline for the next issue is March 28.
- PDF file is fixed.
Marshal:
- Fighter practice now at Wood Park on 33rd and L street.
- Tuesday practice starting at 6pm until it gets dark
- Sunday practice starting at 3p until we all get tired.
Archery Marshal:
- Practices continues at Prairie Bowman (downtown) Wednesdays starting at 8:30pm.
Treasurer:
- Pillaged Village had a profit of $23.61. Feast was donated by the cooks.
Demo Coordinatior:
- JAV-James Arthur Vineyard-date is May 19. Gates are open from noon to 8pm This is the 10th Anniversary event
- Lady Sabi asks that you think about what role you want to play this year and let her know. If you don’t pick a role one will be picked for you.
- JAV is our biggest fundraiser that the Barony does. The success of the event takes everyone’s help.
Interest groups:
- Scribes Carlos and Isabeau are moving so scribes are currently on hold.
- Music will be practicing at Volkmar and Isadora’s house. On 4/26, 5/3, 5/10 and 5/17. Practicing for JAV
- Middle Eastern Drumming moving outdoors to fighter practice on Tuesdays weather permitting. Leofwyna will be there at 7:30pm every other Tuesday starting 5/1.
Baronage report:
- Lilies this year:
- Lady Aibhilin has agreed to be our Land-o-crat. Get her the size of your tent(s) and whether or not you want to be included in the food group. Also tell her when you will be arriving. Do this by JAV
- Gladiator Tourney/Party at Lilies:
- Still need bartenders, food table hosts and cashiers
- donations of items are needed for the basket that will go to the owner of the winning fighter.
- need donations of STUFF people can buy with their coins after the tourney
- volunteers will be needed to help HE Callaghan with making the weapons to be used in the tourney.
- Sir Jean Michel is in charge of drink wrangling. You can donate drinks you have made, drinks you buy or money for items to be bought. Speak with JM.
- Mistress Gwyneth is in charge food wrangling. She will have period Roman food recipes available soon.
miscellaneous:
- Pillage Village:
- Master Gerald gave thanks to many.
- 35 people signed in…not all there signed in
- HL Osrik is our new Herd Master, Gyda is our new Herd Driver
- We are getting a team together to walk during the American Cancer Society Relay Life July 20th.
- We will have a camp site, Marianna has offered us her Viking tent
- Our theme will be Crusaders for a Cure
- Pick up your participant packet from Sabi and return it as soon as possible
