Officers reports

Seneschal:

• Thank you to Lady Aibhilin, Aillis, HE Callaghan, HL Robert and Master Lief for being on my team for the Seneschal shoot at Lilies. We did not make the final cut but we were close and we had a blast.
• Food is needed for the Calontir hosted party at Pennsic. I have reciepes for those that would like to make stuff to be sent to Pennsic for the party.
• Get your award recommendations in for both Baronial and Kingdom awards

A&S:

• July 18 will be advance Lucet cord making. Bring 2 different color yarns. A crochet yarn #3 size works well. If you do not have a lucet there will be some there to purchase for $10. Also bring scissors.
• Other A&S nights will be August 1, 15 and 29.
• Kingdom A&S is July 14, deadline for entry is June 30.

Chronicler:

• Deadline for the next issue is June 30.

Treasurer:

• Master Owain turned in $358 + in funds earned by archery at JAV. Huzzah to the archers for their hard work!

Marshal:

• Fighter Practice continues on Tuesday evenings starting at 6:30pm and Sunday afternoons starting at 3pm. Location is still Woods Park at 33rd and L Street.

Archery Marshal:

• Archery practice continues on Wednesday evenings starting about 8:30pm at the Prairie Bowman indoor range on 14th street between L and M.

Gold Key:

• Repairs and new garb is needed for loaner garb. Watch for future A&S nights to work on this.

Guilds:

• Scribes: Meeting 7/6, 7/27, 8/10, 8/17 and 9/21 at 7:30pm. Carlos and Isabeau’s apartment.
• Music:
Meeting tentatively 7/5 and 7/19 at 7pm. Volkmar and Isadora’s house.

Interest Groups:

• Middle Eastern Drumming: Meeting at Fighter Practice. Leofwyna will be there to teach 7/10, 7/24. She can attend every other Tuesday. Drummers are meeting on the off Tuesdays at fighter practice to practice together.
• Brewers: Are not currently meeting regularly. Call Isabeau if you are interested.

Baronage report:

• A big thank you to all the people that helped with the prep work before and all the work put in at the Gladiator Games. Much fun was had by all.
• Bids are needed for Baronial Arts and Sciences to be held in October.

miscellaneous:

• Cattle Raids will be Aug. 24-26. Much prep work is going on for this event.
• Coronation on September 8, 2007.
  • We have been ask by the Barony of Lonely Tower to help in any way we can with this event.
  • The event is being hosted by the Barony of Lonely Tower but will be held within the borders of the Barony of Mag Mor at Lincoln’s Scottish Rite Temple.
  • HE Oanora is their Autocrat with Lord Dwolm as her Co-Autocrat. Lady Suzanne de la Ferte is the Feast Steward and HE Gwyneth as the the Co-feast Steward.
  • Places we can help: set-up crew, clean-up crew, servers, and the Inn.
  • Items are needed for a raffle that will be held at the event to help fray the cost of the event. The Temple has greatly increased their prices.
  • Cost for the event will be $9 site fee with minors 6-14 $5. Those 5 and under will be free. Feast will be $9 for everyone.
  • We have been asked to host a post revel. We are looking into getting the Woman’s Club. Cost for that would be $150.

• Countess Isadora has some items left in camp at the end of Lilies. Please see her to reclaim.
• Isabeau and Carlos will be having their large garage sale on July 12, 13 and 14th
