Officers reports
Seneschal:
- March moots and A&S nights continue at Walt Library. We will return to Bennett Martin starting in April.
- We will now have A&S nights on both the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.. editor’s note April meetings on the 4th and 11th will still be at Walt. Meeting place for the 18th TBA
Marshal:
- Fighter practice is going well and continues at the Military and Navel building (M&N) on Tuesday nights.
- Will be moving outside by the end of April
Archery Marshal:
- Practices continues at Prairie Bowman (downtown) starting at 8:30pm.
- Will be moving to the Prairie Bowman outdoor range soon.
A&S:
- April 4-Roman Sandals taught by Sir Jean Michel.
- April 14 (Saturday)-Sewing Day-the making of Roman garb-at Lady Sabi’s house…1045 Lancaster Ln
- April 18- Roman Sandals Part 2 taught by Sir Jean Michel—Location TBA.
- May 2-Roman accessories and hair taught by Mistress Vasilla and Lady Marianna
- May 16-TBA

Chronicler:
- Deadline today.
- Working on getting Runestaff online.
Herald:
- not present. Camp criers for Lilies still needed.
Interest groups:
- Scribes will be meeting 3/30, 4/6, and 4/13 at 7:30-10pm at Isabeau and Carlo's house 6313 Morrill Ave.
- Music will be practicing 3/29 at the Union on UNL campus. Then 4/12, 4/15, 4/26 at Volkmar’s.
- Middle Eastern Drumming will be meeting 4/2, 4/16 and 4/30 at Marianna’s house.
Baronage report:
- Lilies this year:
- Lady Aibhilin has agreed to be our Land-o-crat. Get her the size of your tent(s) and whether or not you want to be included in the food group.
- We will be working a troll shift. No date set yet. We will need 2 people for each 2 hour shift we have. Remember no husbands and wives can work the same shift.
- Gladiator Tourney/Party at Lilies:
- donations of items are needed for the basket that will go to the owner of the winning fighter.
- Lord Daelin is again making the wooden sword that will be given away.
- volunteers will be needed to help HE Callaghan with making the weapons to be used in the tourney.
- Sir Jean Michel is in charge of drink wrangling. You can donate drink you have made, drinks you buy or money for items to be bought. Speak with JM.
- Marshals in charge of been arranged for.
- HL Osrik will be the MC/Barker for the tourney.
- Lord Dwolm is the fighter liaison for the fun fights.
- Mistress Vasilla is in charge of drumming at the tourney
- Mistress Gwyneth is in charge food wrangling. She will have period Roman food recipes available soon.
- There will be a Chriurgan’s point. Help is needed to man.
miscellaneous:
- Pillage Village:
- The event is coming up fast.
- Classes will be:
- woodworking
- blacksmithing
- wool processing
- soap making
- others possible
- there will be a feast Saturday night of simple fair done by HL Sashatec. Cost will be $3. Breakfast Sunday morning for $2.
- There will be a work day prior to the event (date TBA) to help with clean up and set up for the event.
- Camping will be available for Friday night and Saturday night.
- need extra tables, turkey friers and tikki torches.
- Herd Master:
- Gyda is the autocrat.
- Herd Master will be April 22nd after clean up of Pillage Village.
- will be held on the site of Pillage Village, Master Gerald’s farm.
