Officers reports
Seneschal:
- Thanks again to all officers for getting their reports in on time.
- Please if you are a warranted Marshal either fighting or archery cc me on your quarterly report. I would like to add your activity to my report.
- No Moot December 26- day after Christmas
A&S:
- No A&S meeting on 10/31-Halloween.
- No A&S meeting on 11/21-day before Thanksgiving
- agenda for next A&S will be announced after Vasilla returns.
Chronicler:
- Deadline for the next issue is 10/25/07.
- Issues will be going out every two months starting with November’s issue.
Marshal:
- -Tuesdays @ M&N building 7-9pm
Archery Marshal:
- Indoor downtown 8:30-10pm or so
Treasurer:
- Due to the change in time for Moot Leofwyna can no longer make it too moot. This means that if you need a check you will need to call Etienette and leave a message with your phone number and she will make arrangements to get the check to you.

- Halloween trick or treating for the food bank:

Runner up-Lady Gyda
- Task force for Lilies-fire guild: If you wish to be on the task force to plan a guild for lilies then talk to Vasilla or Sabi asap. First meeting will be after Halloween. The task force will write up the proposal for the guild to be presented to TRM. TRM will take all the proposals and decide how many guilds and which ones will run the fun at Lilies. If our guild is chosen then the task force will be in charge of recruiting more members to the guild. The guild will then be in charge of coming up with ideas for fun at lilies…contests to sponsor, heraldry etc.

Crown May 3, 2008- Our bid will be presented to TRM November 3. Countess Isadora is the Autocrat and Mistress Gwyneth is the feast steward.

Cattle Raids August 23, 2008- not too early to start thinking about a bid. The Riverside Camp is tentatively booked for us for this date if we want to us it.
