Officers reports

4th quarter reports are due January 15 with Domesday reports due shortly there after. Please remember to send me a copy when you send in your report. Also if you are a warranted marshal or MIT please send me a copy of your report as well so I may add it to my report.

Next A&S night is next week 1/16/08. Master Mikhail will be talking about period tattoo practices
Teachers for future A&S nights are needed. Please contact Mistress Vasilla if you have a class you can teach.

The January/February Runestaff is available.
The next Runestaff will be out March 1, 2008. Deadline for this issue will be February 27
Articles and artwork are needed for the Runestaff. If you do not have time to write an article then we can do an interview. Contact Aibhilin.

Fighter Practices continue at the M&N building on Tuesday nights starting at 7pm
This past practice had 6 fighters in armor.
Spectators are also welcome at practice.
Lonely Tower would like to do some joint practices. Watch the calendar and the listserv for more information

Archery practice continues on Wednesday nights at Prairie Bowman downtown starting at 8:30pm
Loaner bows and arrows are available.
HL Robert is looking for a replacement. Please contact him, Lady Sabi or Their Excellencies if you are interested in being the next Archery Marshal or if you just need more information as to what the job entails.

4th quarter report and Domesday report have been turned over to the Seneschal for review
Ending assets for 2007 are $7006.19.

Dates for Lilies have been changed they are June 13-21st. Be sure to mark your calendars.
Herd Master is coming up in April. Date to be determined by autocrat and Baronage. Autocrat is needed. bids are due by February 27, 2008 This is an easy event to autocrat. HL Osrik will be in charge of the championship tourney and Lord Bristol will be in charge of the marshalling. Please get your bids or your questions to Their Excellencies or Lady Sabi.
Cattle Raids is coming up August 23, 2008. An autocrat is needed for this event. We are penciled in at two sites: Izaak Walton and Riverside Park. Autocrat can decide where to hold event. Archers vote for somewhere other than Izaak Walton. Riverside Park is where we are holding Crown tourney May 3.

January 19. Site opens at 10am.
Scarlett Keep will need our help
Alan from Scarlett Keep is the Autocrat. As he is not a paid member Sabi will be on site.
Kat will be in charge of troll for the day. She could use some assistance.
Waterbearers are needed. We will need at least 8 milk jugs. Keeps water jugs have been returned to them.
There will not be an official post revel site. If anyone would like to have a post revel at their home bring fliers to the event.

Baroness Gwyneth is the feast steward. Contact her if you wish to help in the kitchen.

Master Owain gave a thank you to PJ and Diane for the help they gave the visiting royalty of North Shield. After the event they helped the North Shield retinue pack up. Huzzah!

Lady Marianna would like to know what has happened to the garb made at a past A&S night for the loaner armor. She has not received any of it.
