Officers:

Seneschal: Coronation will be in Grimfells. Feast is for 100 seats only, make your reservations now! Coronation is 2 weeks before Cattle Raids (Sept 6, 2003)

Treasurer: We made $190.86 in donations and $194.60 off the baronial auction at Herd Master. We are still short on paying for the Lilies Rental Tent. If you haven't made your donation for this, please do so by mailing Theron a check. The second quarter treasurers reports are now due. We had an increase of $1274 this last quarter due to revenues from Norman Law.

Chronicler: Deadline for August Runestaff submissions is July 23. Both Mag Mor and the Pytt's 2nd quarter reports are officially submitted. Need art, observations, articles, etc. for the Runestaff.

Marshal: no report

Pursuivant: Everybody's report is officially in.

MoAS: The report from the A&S farble at Herd Master is available and turned into Her Excellency Vasilla. The Miscellaneous criteria was discussed at the farble. Kingdom A&S Championship and Tri-Levels is Saturday, July 26. The A&S competition for Cattle Raids will be non-scoring, will need lots of judges. Queen's Prize Tourney is January 31; it's not too early to be thinking about it.

Campi: No report

Demo Coordinator:
The second session of Bright Lights will be July 23. Katalina will be contacting the radio and tv stations about community service and community calendar announcements to see what's involved.

Baronage:

• The Demo Task Force will be meeting soon. Katalina will be coordinating this meeting.
• Thank you to everyone that attended Herd Master. The new Herd Master is Angelo. Also awarded Murdoch the Ancient Aurochs, Calien and Thedrich the Golden Feather and Jane the Clarsach.

Guilds

Music: 7:30 Thursday night, Aug 14 and Aug 28

Scribes: 7:00 at Sabi's house, Aug 15 and 29. Going to the Pytt on the 20th to teach calligraphy and illumination.

Cattle Raids

• Crash space in Lincoln and at the Barn being handled by Tamison
• Thank you to all who have already volunteered to do something
• We'll be hosting a teen get-together on Saturday night (providing soda/water/snacks leftover from the Inn)
• Site opens 5 pm Friday
• Bring sunshades if you have them!

Baronial Storage - due to the pending departure of Boris and Kyrstin, we need to find a new home for the baronial rubbermaids of stuff. There are approximately 9 totes that need a home. Theron and Isadora both indicated a willingness to store these.

Snowflake and the Seven Boars - upcoming event between Coeur d'Ennui and Northshield. Should be much fun. Hosted in Herald's Hill. Warriors and musicians particularly needed. Camping event just after Pennsic.

Pytt BBQ party - August 15. Sashatec will be attending and talking about documentation. Please consider going to support Sashatec and the Pytt and get to know the folks in the Pytt.
