Seneschal: Reports are due in a couple of weeks.

A&S:

• Reminder that we will be doing Elizabethan doublet pattern drafting next week.
• Jane is discussing a possible fundraiser with Keep. If it is done they will be looking for your scraps of material.

Chronicler: there are some Runestaffs still available. This one was mailed so if you did not get one in the mail maybe we have the wrong address for you. Please contact our new deputy in charge of the directory, Dwalm’s wife Patty.

Herald: Rosa is our new herald. She will take office effective April 1 with the official change over happening at Herd Master.

Baronage:

• Herd Master bids due tonight.
• finance committee to meet after moot
• Discussion and vote on the getting of new tent-age for the barony.

  The options are

  1. no large tent but a sunshade

  2. 2 12 x 15 tents plus sunshade

  3. 1 20x24 tent plus sunshade

Several spoke on each choice giving pros and cons of each.

A vote was take on no tent or yes tent choices. It was determined that a new tent plus sunshade was wanted. More discussion on 1 tent or 2. Owen brought information on purchasing the tent-age locally from Don Strunz. The cost is a little more but he has a guarantee that basically states that if it is damage he will fix it.

A vote was taken on the 1 tent or 2 tent option. Her Excellency had received 6 email votes for 2 tents. Of the 23 people present at moot (not counting Her Excellency) 21 voted for 1 tent and 2 abstained from the vote.

A determination of the correct size and price will be obtained from Don Strunz to then be presented to the financial committee.
