Officers:

Seneschal:

• Accepting applications for new seneschal. Letters of Intent should be submitted by the end of March.
• Tent rental for Lilies has been paid. Suggested donation for it's use is $20 per family.

Chronicler: Wednesday is the April Runestaff deadline!

Pursuivant: Leofwyna has become a deputy of the Gemshorn pursuivant. She is not a successor deputy, but a working deputy.

MoAS: There will be a competition at Herd Master for a favor in any medium.

Treasurer: The Pytt treasurer was not available for the officer meeting held recently at the Pytt. Signature cards are needed for the switch over from Theron to Kat as Mag Mor's treasurer. Kat will be sworn in as treasurer at Herd Master. Theron is catching up on data entry.

Marshal: Angelo spoke about a "sportscaster gig" to be broadcast on the radio (tv?). There will be a challenge to John (Raina has a lead on this). Callaghan spoke about armor.

Demo Coordinator: Good demo for Blue and Gold Banquet in Crete. There were 3 fighters and 8 non-fighters participating. There will be more information coming about a high school demo that is pending. Jim Ballard from James Arthur Vineyard may be visiting. Katalina has a Merchant Letter and a new layout for the JAV faire.

Baronage:

• We need Cattle Raids bids. Date reserved with Reeve is Sept 17, 18, 19.
• Lilies Tent - we will be making additional shower benches this year for our volunteerism. We'll need people to volunteer to make these.
• Artwork and mottos have been determined for champion standards. Production will begin shortly.
• Herd Master Tourney will be April 25th (Sunday). See Angelo for tourney requirements and format. We will have out of barony guests here.
• Thank you to all those who particpated in the Blue and Gold banquet demo last week. It was a really good turnout.
• Thanks for particpation at the All Thing.
• Thank you to the officers that took time to go to the meeting with the Pytt officers.

Guilds:

Music: Working on JAV music. Every Thursday in April, and every Thursday in May up to JAV

Scribes: Kestral Scrolls are available and need to be ready for Lilies. Tonight and next week will be scribes after Moot. Considering moving scribal night to Thursdays.

Miscellaneous:

• Herd Master on April 25 - potluck supper, MoC activities will include hobby horses.
• Friday evenings (7:30pm) at HE Barbary's dance studio will be the Middle Eastern dance exhibition practice for Lilies. We need dancers and musicians. Everyone welcome. Raizel is head of the troupe for this exhibition.
