Moot Minutes

Chronicler: Runestaff deadline is Thursday, June 22.

Treasurer: $350 in donations have been taken for the Lilies Tent. Overall cost was $410. Passed the hat for moot donations. 1 cookbook sold at JAV.

Pursuivant: Thank you to all who helped at Lilies with the heraldic needs. Congratulations on Kingdom awards to Eric the Quiet (AOA), Kat (Calon Swan) and Leofwyna (Calon Swan) presented at Lilies Court.

MoAS: July 17th is the Baronial A&S Championship. If entering, let Sashatec or Sabi know at least one week before so they can arrange judging schedule. It will be held at Calvary Methodist Church (11th & Garfield). Encouraged all to attend the Kingdom A&S Championship.

Baronial A&S Championship Report: Ilyana is serving a one course feast for a small fee. We need a fighter marshal. There will be a baronial auction.

Scribes: there will be scribal arts happening at next week's meeting at the moot site and time. Other dates will be announced later.

Music: Resting! Will resume practices on July 8 and 22.

Demos: Boyscout Jubilee is Aug 21 at Pioneers Park. The focus will be on fighting and be similar to a "mini JAV". Big Red Welcome is Aug 22.

Largess Coordinator: The Baroness's Largess Challenge will be held at Coronation. Additional info will be available shortly or ask Vasilla.

Seneschal: Reports are due in July. Discussed need for a new A&S officer - will be announced next week.

Baronage: Thank you all for the work on the Anvil of Virtue Pas and all the help with Lilies (troll volunteers, BRAN!, pas volunteers...). Discussed Pillow Fight. We got Coronation!!! Discussed the Lilies "recap" (Mikhail didn't take notes on the recap...)

• Need a MoC coordinator. Planning on having teens do kid activities during the courts
• Need Keeper for the Women's Center
