Officers:

Seneschal: Will be compiling a report for JAV to present to Jim Ballard and to use for ourselves for next JAV.

Chronicler: Deadline for June Runestaff articles is May 26.

Pursuivant: Morag will be posting recruitment letters for Lilies Heraldry needs. She will be sending them to Mikhail (per Vasilla) to post on the Calon List as well.

Treasurer: We've received $70 more towards the Lilies Tent. That makes $265 received so far. The tent rental is $400+. Passed the hat for moot site donations. Received the following from JAV: $23 for calliging names, $243 from archery, $130 from vendors.

Demo Coordinator:

• Received email on Boy Scout Jamboree in August. The Boy Scouts are looking for specifics on demos we can offer in addition to fighting. Let Katalina know what you can commit to.
• Medieval Wedding - June 26th. Bride wants armored combat and music. The musicians are willing to offer a 1/2 hour of music. Will poll the fighters at fighter practice. Bride has been told that a donation is strongly suggested and we will propose a donation of $200 for an hour's worth of entertainment if the fighters are amenable.

Scribes: no scribes until after Lilies

Music: TBA based on decision about Medieval Wedding

Largesse Coordinator:

• Working on neck coolers for Lilies tonight. Goal is 100 finished neck coolers to hand out at Lilies
• Largesse Challenge - judging will be populace choice to maintain an equitable playing field. Competition will occur at Cattle Raids or Coronation, depending on whether we get Coronation or not. Vasilla is offering the prize for the winner.

Baronage:

• Vasilla's Valkyries: Pillow fighters needed for HE Winnifred's challenge. To be held at 8:30 a.m. on the battlefield of Lilies on Wednesday. Vasilla offering milk and cookies (champagne and orange juice?) to her army of Valkryies. Let her know if you wish to participate!
• Anvil of Virtue Tourney - Lilies, Wednesday at 9 a.m. for fighting, Thursday at 9 a.m. for archery. Need coordinator for munchies for Gallery (Leofwyna volunteered).
• Lilies Troll shift - Mag Mor is noon to midnight on Thursday
• Benches are currently at Volkmar's and will be transferred to Mikhail as soon as they are assembled.

Miscellaneous:

• Leofwyna and Etienette of a small trailer for sale. Please contact them for details.
• Round Table is this weekend. The King's Company of Archers Tourney will have Mag Mor represented by Aelwyn, Robert, Eric, Uluric and Calien. The shoot starts at 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
• Evyenios is putting together an on-line quarterly news journal for Arts and Sciences. He is looking for articles. He is willing to interview and write up articles if you don't feel like doing the writing. Let him know if you'd be willing to share an art or science something.
• Jane is looking for one-way rides to and from Lilies (Isadora's schedule seems to work....)
• Jane has the silk on hand tonight, first come, first serve, $1.60 per yard.
• Alewyn is missing a tablecloth that was used at JAV.
