Officers:

Seneschal: Read a letter from Kingdom Seneschal which basically said, "play nice". The same letter is in the current issue of the Mews. Also discussed problem with the Pytt's feast steward who did not keep receipts for food purchased for the feast for Conquistador's Folly. Theron and Calien will be accepting donations to help reimburse the feast steward since she cannot be reimbursed from Pytt funds without receipts. If you feel like donating, please send your donation to Theron or Calien.

Treasurer: Theron has been helping Patrick, the Pytt treasurer. He says Patrick is asking good questions.

Chronicler: Nov. 26 is deadline for articles and artwork for the December Runestaff. Also, take a look at the November issue for any errors. Etienette's disk is lost and she had to retype everything.

MoAS: If you need help locating a sponsor or entrant for Queen's Prize Tourney, Natalya and Sashatec would love to help match you up with someone. Sashatec will be doing the 4th quarter report. He'll be contacting everyone personally to find out what projects they've been working on since October 1.

Pursuivant: Received some submissions today and they will be sent out this week.

Campi:

• Halloween Party: Thursday, meeting at the City Union for Campi and will be "critiquing" Ever After, having food and fun. Everyone is welcome. Wear costumes.
• Trick or Treating for the Food Bank: will be starting at Volkmar and Isadora's house at 6 pm on Friday and splitting into teams. Bring wagons!!
• Following week: Campi meeting will be Scribes, everyone welcome to come paint preprints!
• Winter War Manuevers Update: due to scheduling conflicts with Cook Pavilion and the Board of Directors meeting, Campi will not be hosting WWM. However, they are putting together a bid for Yule Court. They would like to host it as a Ball and include an A&S display for Queen's Prize entries that are going to be entered. Bardic Competition will naturally be included and they are working on logistics for having a potluck supper.

Baronage:

• Financial Committee meeting will be next week. Campi will be submitting Yule Court bid, but other bids for Yule Court are also welcome.
• It's come to our attention that pets are not allowed in the Easter Day Rec Center site. You can bring leashed pets to the park, but they cannot come indoors so please plan accordingly.

Guilds

Music: Rehearsals weekly on Thursdays until Kris Kinder (except for Thanksgiving Day).

Scribes: Will have Scribes again with Campi on Nov. 6 and at Moot on Nov. 16.

Miscellaneous

Baron Hirsch and Baroness Meredydd of 3 Rivers announced at RUSH this weekend that they will be stepping down as baron and baroness of 3 Rivers. Interviews will be happening very quickly and the new baronage will be announced at Twelfth Night.

RUSH: if you think you have enough credits to graduate, please contact HE Agnes and she will double check for you. As the new Chancellor of RUSH, she is giving nifty doobi to folks who go through the graduation ceremony.
