Officers:

Treasurer: The 2nd quarter report is now available for those who wish to see it. There is a summary of the Kingdom's financials in the August Mews.

Chronicler: Aug 27 is the deadline for articles and artwork for the September Runestaff. August Runestaffs are available tonight.

Marshal: September 14 Fighter practice will be moving indoors at the Easter Day Rec Center.

Pursuivant: General announcements: Agnes is the new RUSH Chancellor and will be sworn into office at Valor. Natalya won the Crown Gifts Largesse Competition at Lilies (her prize was awarded at Kingdom A&S).

MoAS: Kingdom A&S was a lot of fun. Cattle Raids is coming up, get your stuff ready! RUSH will be in Three Rivers in October. August 15 is the Pytt's BBQ party; Sashatec will be going out to teach about documentation.

Demo Coordinator:
Thank you note from Simon Ringsmuth was read for those who participated in Bright Lights this year.

Baronage:

• Thank you note from Alatheia was read for those who participated in the Pytt's Boy Scout Demos recently.
• Katalina will be calling the first meeting of the Demo Task Force to work on the demo kit, so those who are on the task force, please be prepared to start work on this.
• Still looking for an additional nanny for Nels at Cattle Raids. Sabi has volunteered Arne for part of the afternoon and for Feast. Still need someone willing to watch him for a few hours in the morning and for court. We are willing to repay you in money or stuff. Please see Vasilla about this if you are interested.

Cattle Raids

• There are jobs still available. Please let Leofwyna know if you'd like to volunteer for supervision of a particular aspect of the event.
• Will need help getting the teen party set up. Rosa has offered to bake cookies for them.

Conquistidors Folly - October 17-19 (note: this is a correction to last week's Moot Minutes), please consider going to support our soon-to-be canton. Same site as last year: Isaac Walton in Grand Island, NE. Lots of stuff planned. Arts & Sciences focusing on things that would have been considered poisonous during the middle ages. There will be the traveling trophy tourney and other fun fights.

Pytt BBQ party - August 15. Sashatec will be attending and talking about documentation. Please consider going to support Sashatec and the Pytt and get to know the folks in the Pytt.
