Moot Minutes

Officers:

Treasurer: Theron has directories for sale. 50 cents each; can pay for them at Herd Master. Can do monthly/quarterly checks to Theron in the mail for site donations. DO NOT give Theron money on the Moot site. The Pytt is late on their treasurer's report. They have until Monday to get it to Theron and the Reporting Treasurer. Vasilla will contact Alatheia the Harper (liason) to make sure this happens.

Marshal: armoring will be held Wednesdays at Thedrich and Raina's house at 7:30pm.

Pursuivant: Sabi won the Heraldry Quiz. Future quizzes will have longer contest period to send in answers. The Pytt has not sent in 2nd quarter report. Vasilla will remind Rosa to do this immediately.

Demo Coordinator:
Bright Lights: demo requested for either July 9th or 23rd. will be held at 10:30 a.m.

Baronage:

• Herd Master will be July 13 at Havelock Park beginning at 1:00 p.m. Tourney will begin at 2:00 p.m. Auction at 4:00 p.m. Potluck dinner at 6:00 p.m. Postcards will be mailed out with information to current addresses in directory. Will be taking donations at the "gate" to help fund fee for Moot/Fighter practice site. Please donate often and frequently.
• Mikhail, Calien, Vasilla and Kingdom Seneschal will be going to Bull Pytt on July 5th to discuss what the recommendation will be to the Board of Directors regarding status of the Pytt. Details will be announced at Moot on the 6th regarding what occurred and how it affects Mag Mor.
• Congrats to all the folks that competed at Lilies in various tourneys and competitions. Mag Mor did very very well this year!

Guilds

Music: Will resume in July. Dates to be announced.

Scribes: Need to do Kingdom preprints. Meeting at Sabi's house at 7 p.m. on July 11. July 20 will be a scribal arts class for the Pytt in Grand Island.

Miscellaneous

Raid or Trade: in Coeur d'Ennui. Mews is missing directions, but can ask Calien for them or go online to find them on the Coeur d'Ennui website.

Cattle Raids: August and September Mews fliers are officially in. Please let Leofwyna know what you can personally do for this event. Viking meets Rus theme. Need decoration ideas and stuff, need help with MoC activities. Leofwyna is collecting amber items for prizes. Sabi will be setting up the event website.
