MoAS: Criteria was changed for Kingdom A&S Championship and Tri-levels. (editor's note: included is the note from Her Majesty regarding this issue)
"Unto the artisans of Calontir and of the Known World come these warm words of greetings from Sile, Queen of Calontir. Many thanks to Her Ladyship Cassandra di Capelletti and all the people who have helped her work on the new Arts and Sciences judging criteria. Ever since the announcement that the Kingdom Arts and Sciences Competition would be judged with the new criteria, much has been discussed and pondered by Our people. We have heard your words and now do heed your council. The Arts and Sciences Championship shall be judged using both the old and new criteria, for comparison, but the old criteria shall determine the Champion. The Tri-level competition held at the Championship shall be judged using the new criteria. In this manner, the new criteria will be tried out, but no one shall be punished for starting projects before the criteria were available. We are pleased with the prospect of seeing both in action on July 24th at Our shire of Crystal Mynes, and hope to see many of Our people there, both competing and enjoying the many and diverse talents inherent in Calontir. Written this 2nd day of May, being the feast day of Saint Amator. "
