The Coronation Pre-Event Special Session:

Things are going well

Friday set up begins at 6:30 p.m.

• sign-up sheet was passed around
• if bringing fabric, please contact Sabi ASAP
• drop banners by on Friday night or sooner
• set up chairs and tables

Saturday: doors open at 7:30 a.m.

• troll starts at 8:30 a.m. and runs to ??
• Kat needs help at troll, please volunteer Needs at least 6 people at Troll at 8:00a.m.
• 9:30 a.m. - Etienette will lock the doors to the Woman's Center. Reopen for fighters to shower.
• Inn will begin at 12:30 p.m.
• 3:15 p.m. - RUSH meeting
• 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Muirne, Kingdom MoC and Mag Mor teens will provide child care
• 3:00 p.m. - feast - Muirne, Kingdom MoC and Mag Mor teens will provide child care

Official Schedule

• 10:00 a.m. - De-coronation begins
• Following is Coronation court which ends approx. by 1 p.m.
• 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. - Witan meeting
• 2:30 p.m. - Pelican meeting
• 3:15 p.m. - Chivalry meeting
• 4:00 p.m. - Laurel meeting
• 5:00 p.m. - Evening court
• 6:30 p.m. - Feast

Gwyneth is requesting kitchen help: if you work during feast, you eat for free. Don't help - pay for feast.

Zvonimira needs servers.

Scribal work table will be set up during the day

Natalya has volunteered for centerpieces.

Clean-up: Sign up sheet was passed around.

Morag needs a table for heraldic things.

Royals' lunch:

• Bran is coordinating
• doing pre-cook on Labor Day
• needs a crock pot with "warm" setting

Parking for Their Majesties, Highnesses, Excellencies Mag Mor, and foreign Royals and Demetrios will be close to main door. Parking for Gwyneth, Sabi and possible Isabeau will be around side of building by kitchen door.

Merchants: Katalina has contacted Drx, Edward, Johanna, and Grace of Lachlann

Feast: Alatheia is coordinating entertainment and Morag is announcing the courses. (editor's note: Alatheia will be delegating her on site efforts to another as she will need to be absent that day).

Arts & Sciences Competition: need a table, populace choice judging and judged entries both.

Signs: Toli has them, who will put them out? Who will be posting on Mag Mor list? (Sashatec will delegate)

Editor's Note: Need 1-2 tables for Baroness's Largess Challenge...also need a head count of number of entrants.
