Officers:

Chronicler: New Runestaffs available for distribution.

Pursuivant:

• A new heraldry quiz is included in the current issue of the Runestaff. Please see the Runestaff for details.
• Morag is looking for volunteers to herald at Coronation.

MoAS:

• Be thinking about A&S entries for next year's Kingdom Arts & Sciences Championship.
• Baronial A&S Championship is next weekend (Aug. 7)

Treasurer:

• We have money!
• Phone directories are available for sale.
• Troll will need assistance for baronial A&S and Coronation.
• A Financial Committee meeting will be held following Moot this evening.

Baronage:

• Make sure to enter the Baronial A&S Championship (you could use part of your lrgess challenge peices for this as well as your Kingdom A&S entries)
• Vasilla's Largess Challenge: Vasilla is providing a HUGE prize for the winner of the Largess Challenge to be held at Coronation. Make as many of a doobus as you can. make it snazzy. Make it useful. make it authentic. Try to beat the baroness for that oooh-aaah factor!
• We need to find a date and place for the Baronial Archery Championship. Istvan is currently checking with the Conquistador site for feasibility.

Demo Coordinator:

• Boy Scout Jamboree, Aug. 21. 9:00 to 2:30 at Pioneers Park. This will be like a "mini-JAV". See Katalina for details. Fighters are needed as well as sunshades. Please let Katalina know what you can provide for this demo.

Guilds:

Music: Next practices are: Aug 12 and 26, Sept. 2, 16, and 30.

Scribes: September meetings will probably not be held at Walt Library.

Miscellaneous:

• Will need folks to help clean up after Baronial A&S. Check in for the event is no later than 10:30 a.m.
• Dulces Voces performing on Aug 28 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Mark's. This is a CD release concert.
• Precook on Tuesday night (August 10) at 6:30 at Gwyneth's house for Coronation. Site will open at Coronation at 8:30.
