Demo Coordinator
- Norfolk Public Library has asked for a demo on July 23. After discussing, we determined to pass on this demo due to timing, location, and prior committments.
James Arthur Vineyards Info
- JAV is the weekend after the Nebraska Renaissance Faire, pace yourself. You can split up your volunteer hours at the NE Ren Faire to conserve energy.
- Katalina needs to be notified of any new demos being added to JAV. Think about doing a demo that is audience friendly, interactive, and something you can do while talking to the public. Showy is good!
- We will be setting up an A&S Demo Tent like we did at the NE Ren Faire last year.
- We'll need people to callig names for donations. Sabi will be able to, but Isadora will not be able to attend. Volunteers are appreciated.
- Need to line up volunteers for the Archery stuff: Arrow retrieval (great job for the youngsters), supervision of the shooters. Also need to put together a work day to get the targets and equipment in working order and to set up the day before the Faire. Volunteers are needed so Owain doesn't have to do it all by himself.
- Need a food coordinator and food tent monitor for our baronial privy/food storage area.
- Need a person to be in charge of getting the McDonald's water coolers with ice for the archery and fighting areas.
Largesse Coordinator
- We will be assembling falcon tabards for largesse for Lilies. Per concensus, there will be a workday(s) set up separate from the A&S nights in order to do an assembly line for this. Contact Katalina for details.
Baronage
- A schedule for Herd Master was handed out to everyone. This is also available on the baronial website (here)
- Lilies: Sabi is our Troll shift coordinator. Sign up for your time slot with her.
- Lilies: we will be participating in another Pas. Fighters and archers, get your gear spit shined. Cheering squads get your best heraldry polished for the processionals. Would like to see as much black and gold as we can muster!
- Lilies: we will be hosting a party for the Knowne Worlde. Sashatec volunteered to coordinate the party. Leofwyna volunteered to organize the party food. Callaghan is head of tasty beverages. If you have wicked/fun ideas for the party activities, tell Sashatec. Also, donate stable "beverages" and/or money to Callaghan for the brew that is provided so generously!
- Lilies: reminder to weavers who are weaving bands for the Mag Mor tent walls: please get them to me when you can.
