Moot Minutes

Officers:

Seneschal: Calien sent word via Callaghan: Riana received a Chatelaine pouch badge from the Kingdom Chatelaine (Raina displayed it). Dolan delivered Bran's arrows (Mikhail & Vasilla took home to give to Bran during the week). Alys Leroi shot for Branch Champion in Calien's place due to Calien's mandatory Seneschal meeting at Autumn Arrows. Calien was Fyrded! Uluric was Hus'd!

Treasurer: Got the Aug-Sept bill for Moot site. Leftover drinks from the Cattle Raids Inn are available for whoever wants one.

Chronicler: October 22 is the next deadline for articles, artwork and letters.

MoAS: 3rd quarter report is done and so is the Pytt's. Pytt is having RUSH classes at Folly. Queen's Prize Tourney is coming up (Jan 31). Natalya will help match sponsors with entrants if you need help finding people.

Largesse Coordinator: Need largesse for the Crown at Conquistador's Folly. Something other than trim. Need to be thinking of largess projects. Fighter kits are great. Need some additional ideas.

Demo Coordinator: one demo for Blue and Gold dinner for first part of the year. There's a lead on doing some entertainment for a pancake feed for hearing and learning imparied youth in March. There is a group looking for lessons in spinning and possible for dying and felting. More details to come.

Pursuivant: 3rd quarter report is in and so is the Pytt's.

Baronage:

• Need volunteers to help assemble padded bags for the new thrones. Also, need to talk about the baronial sunshade and whether we should build one that actually is big enough for the Mag Mor "livingroom".
• Need an event steward for Yule Court soon.
• Visit Campi during their campus meetings on Thursday at 8 pm in the Union at UNL city campus.
• Free stuff to a good home: anvil, large chest freezer, toddler garb

Music: Oct 9th at Gwyneth and Theron's house. and 23th (Volkmar and Isadora's?) with a Kris Kinder performance to practice for.

Scribes: Oct 19 at Easterday Rec Center after Moot.
