Officers:
Seneschal: Will need officer reports soon.
Treasurer: Will need someone to start the Troll shift at Herd Master (Kat will do this). Theron will arrive late to the event. We're still short $100 for covering the cost of the Lilies Tent Rental.
Chronicler: Deadline for articles and artwork for the August Runestaff is July 23.
Pursuivant: If you had a name/device submission at Pennsic last year, you will need to resubmit it. The paperwork was lost. You do not need to repay the submission the fees, just turn in the paperwork as a resubmission. Contact the Saker Herald (Jadwiga) if you are one of those folks.
MoAS: We need judges for Cattle Raids. Natalya would like to have a pool of 10-15 judges to call on for this. Cattle Raids' theme is the Baltic Trade Route. Extra points will be given to entries that fit the theme. Kingdom A&S & Trilevels is at the end of this month.
Baronage:
Demo Coordinator: Bright Lights - July 9 & 23 at 10:30 am. Demos will have A&S demos and talks on lifestyle, etc. No fighting. Free t-shirts for all who participate. If you can make it, please contact Katalina.
Boy Scout demo in the Pytt - July 7. Volkmar is taking a van out to the Pytt on the 7th. There is another one in a week or so. Details to be announced.
Guilds
Music: Practice at Volkmar & Isadora's house at 7:30pm on July 10, July 24, Aug 14, and Aug 28.
Scribes: Scribes meet at Sabi's house at 7:00pm on July 11, Aug 15 and Aug 29.
On July 20, Scribes who can make it are invited to join Sabi in Grand Island for a Pytt demo/class at the local Art in the Park festival. Contact Sabi for further details.
Miscellaneous
Herd Master: July 13, 1:00 - 7:00pm. Tourney at 2:00pm. Can keep food for potluck at Isabeau & Carlos's house if you like, but consider bringing coolers anyway. There will be a baronial auction so bring your auction items. Isadora is tentatively in charge of organization for the auction.
Cattle Raids: Leofwyna needs some children's activities. Storytelling is great, but also need some active activities. Owain will arrange a children's archery shoot.
Katalina is in charge of merchants. Again, Their Excellencies are looking for a nanny or nannies for the day.
Campi: Anne will be taking over Campi temporarily due to Evan's relocation. He will not be returning to Campi or Mag Mor. Anne needs help with Big Red Welcome...would like to see active demo's of A&S things. This will be held on Aug 24. She would also like to see earlier interaction from the barony at the Campi meetings to help get the ball rolling for the newer members.
