Seneschal: Officers reports due 7/15

MoAS:

• HL Jane is new MOAS.
• Baronial A and S competition event has been changed to August 7th.
• Next Tuesday Sashatec is available at moot site to help with documentation.
• Sept 24-26 Known World costumers seminar.

Pursuivant:

• Heralds reports from Magmor and the Pitt are done.
• Rosa has resigned as Herald in the Pitt effective Aug. 1.
• New heralds tabard done as of Aug 1.

Chronicler: 7/29 is deadline for Runestaff submissions.

Marshall:

• Fighter practices on Wednesdays at Bethany Park.
• Has become popular based on new recruitment tactics and visibility.
• Jean Michelle will step up as new marshall in September.

Treasurer:

• Tent fund collected $380. (of $420 needed).
• Help needed with Troll at coronation

Scribes: will meet next Tuesday at 7:30 and again on the second Tuesday in August..

Coronation:

• Site opens at 8:30. Closes at 10:00, Set up on Friday evening.
• Needed: Fabric for walls, rope, vacuum cleaners, table clothes for round tables. Either rent or purchase or make.
• Campi will help with Inn. L Ilyana will supervise.
• Morning court at 10 am.

Financial committee: to meet on 7/20 after regular meeting to discuss funding of Inn, and other issues.

Baronial Arts and Sciences event:

• Bran needs cleanup coordinator.
• Site opens at 9am and closes at 9 pm. Site is at Calvary Church
• Sashatec is getting judges
• Fighting was explained
• Calien is in charge of Moc activities
• A and S display to include your favorite project.
• Auction will take place during feast.

Bright Lights presentation went very well. Next one is at Rousseau School, 3700 S. 33rd.

Moot Location: On 7/14 at 22 am. Moot begins meeting at Walt Library starting August 2nd..

Belly Dancing is on Friday nights at Raizels house, 4010 N. 15th at 7:30.
