Officers:

Seneschal: welcomed new person, Megan. Megan plays the recorder. Encourage long term members to renew their SCA membership if they have lapsed. CalonCon will probably no longer be held.

MoAS: Please enter the competition at the Stone Barn: anything found along the Trade Route is the theme. Entries are due by 11 a.m. on Sept 20.

Largesse Coordinator: we will be giving stuff to the Crown at Conquistador's Folly.

Guilds

Music: 7:30 Thursday night, Sept 11, Sept 25, Oct 9and Oct 23 at Volkmar and Isadora's house.

Scribes: Sept 12 at Sabi's house, Oct 2 at Campi. Oct 19 at Easterday Rec Center after Moot.

Events

Conquistador's Folly - Oct 17-19 in Grand Island, NE at the Isaac Walton League Campground. A&S classes are being offered along with tournament fighting and feast. This is a camping event.

Cattle Raids

• Still need someone to set up for the Teen Party. (Sabi volunteered)
• Need volunteer to pick up 3 water cooler jugs from McDonalds (Natalya volunteered)
