Seneschal:

Treasurer: we have money.

Pursuivant: volunteers are in place for Coronation.

Chronicler: Runestaffs are NOT here. Will have them on site Saturday. Deadline for submissions for October is Sept 23.

Demo Coordinator: Ashland Ren Faire on Sept 25 and 26. See Runestaff for details. Active demos needed. Make sure to contact Katalina with the date(s) you'll be attending and what your demo is so she can get you on the list to get in without having to pay the entrance fee.

Largesse Coordinator: get those projects finished for this weekend.

Baronage: Do we have confirmation on the Baronial Archery Championship at Conquistador's Folly? We do not. Sashatec will follow up on this.

Music: No music this week. Next practices to be held Sept 16, 30, Oct 14, 20.

Scribes: Meeting on Sept 23, Oct 7, 21 at St. Andrews at 8 p.m.
Correction on the scribal meeting times. We will meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 8pm at St. Andrews Lutheran Church 1025 Lancaster Lane (by my house). October meetings will be the 14th and 28th. These are the same night I have cub scouts so have permission to use the church.

Coronation:

• A&S prizes are very cool! There will be populace choice and judged competitions.
• Marshal issue is resolved (HE Thjo and Ld Tristram will be marshal in charge)
  Correction: No marshal issue. Jean Michel is Marshal in Charge for the event. He will be assisted by Sir Tarl.
• Friday night set up begins at 6:30 (merchants can begin setup then)
• Sign up sheets were passed around
• Site opens at 7:30 Saturday morning for set up. Opens to the public at 8:30 a.m.
• Schedule reviewed
• Signs will be handled by Bristol, Snarge and Sashatec
• Crash space reviewed

Miscellaneous:

• Aoibheann and Grimwulf's baby was born on Sept 4. A baby girl (Eva, pronounced Aav - ah).
• Miklos' father, Fergus, passed away.
• Gwyneth thanked her crew who pre-cooked and Thursday night will be another pre-cook.
• Mikhail re-announced the bounty for any Pytt members traveling to Coronation ($5 per car who travels from the Pytt to attend)
