The request for a donation to the Waterbearers was referred to a Financial Committee meeting, scheduled for after the Feb. 22 moot. Plan is to make the donation at Coronation.
Making a donation to the Soup Kitchen was also talked about, leading to Gwyneth offering to host a jerky-making day. (No specifics on this yet.)
I think we have to have our Lilies tent request in Mar 1. (Editor's note: March 15 deadline)
Katalina had 4 demos to talk about, most during the work day. (Volunteers have been obtained). JAV stuff: May 22 is the date and there will be more organization and pre-planning this year.
Scribes will meet next Sunday at moot time, & there'll be a general farble.
