Chronicler:

- Deadline for December submissions is Nov. 25 by 6 p.m.
MoAS:

- Next Tuesday will be A&S night with presentation of Jane and Angelo's pictures from London.
Campi:
- Come to Campi and bring something for them to do!
- Meeting times: Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. (Things usually don't start happening until 8:30 or 9:00 though), Check the kiosk for meeting room assignment.
Web Ministry:
- Corporate is going to start requiring waivers for contact information for people who have their contact information listed on the baronial/canton websites. The deadline date has not been determined yet or the logistics of obtaining and maintaining the waivers, but will probably be instituted at the beginning of 2005.
Baronage:
- Need bids for Crown by November 15, 2004 (Crown is scheduled for May 5,
2005)
- Next week is A&S and the following Tuesday will be used for a Moot.
- Notes from JM, the Fighter Marshall: 1. To make up for lack of local fighter practice, there will be carpooling to Omaha's practice on Tuesday nights. Also looking for a temporary indoor site until the M&N building situation is resolved. 2. There will be no fighter practice on Nov. 24th, Thanksgiving weekend, Dec. 22 or 29, or Christmas weekend (unless someone talks JM into an impromptu practice). 3. Reminder to Campi, Demo Coordinator and all upcoming Event Stewards that they are required to have a warranted marshall present for ALL fighting related activities and a warranted archery marshall for ALL archery related activities. (Rosa has Yule Court covered).
Guilds:
- Music: practicing for Kris Kinder Concert every Thursday except
Thanksgiving. Volkmar & Isadora's house.
- Scribes: Meeting 11/11 at St. Andrews Church. 7:30 pm to close.
Events:
- Yule Court: Calien is in charge of the Gift Exchange. She is challenging the Barony and Canton to make presents for children. Callaghan is making a bench for the winner who provides the best hand-made child's gift. The winner will be chosen by Their Excellencies.
- Winter War Maneuvers: Is anyone doing post revel? (editor's note: Isabeau and Carlos have graciously offered their home for the post revel.) Also, Scarlett Keep members will need rides to site and back. Please sign up to pick up or drop off Keep folks.
Miscellaneous:
- Trick or Treating for the Food Bank was a huge success. Toli believes his truck was more full than last year. Switching the location of where to deposit the flyer at each house (i.e. not in the mailboxes!) and stapling the flyer to a plastic grocery sack seemed to help a lot.
