Here is the Version 4.1 of the Company of Travelers bread oven. This would have been simply version 4 except that the weight of the oven on the cart bent the original axle and the spoked wheels were swapped out for solid wood wheels. It was a little too spooky to trust the weight of the oven to the spoked wheels.
The oven performed fabulously and is still intact, unlike last year's model.
